The Shawnee County Family Resource Center embodies a vision of human service collaboration and co-location. Designed as a one-stop shop, SCFRC partners work to alleviate difficulties families face in accessing community resources. Each nonprofit housed at the SCFRC are members of the Association and have agreed to work together to increase access to services and to develop a collaborative community service hub. Affiliates and community partners meet regularly to set goals, share information and get to know one another and the community better.
