Need for the Program: During the 2004-05 school-year USD 501 reported:
- 1,640 students absent on an average day
- 27,526 students enrolled
- 25,886 average daily attendance
- 701 students truant
- 2,154 students suspended
- 41 students expelled
- 304 students dropped out
Program Goal: Promote academic credit recovery and case management for at-risk and suspended/expelled students in Shawnee County.

- Psycho-social groups
- Drug & alcohol groups
- Community service projects
