KCSL Family Resource Center serves as the hub for a coordinated community-based system of care including prevention, intervention and treatment services.  FRC serves approximately 6,000 children, youth, families and adults in need of a full array of human services each year.

We understand that most families face multiple issues that cannot be resolved by one agency. That is why we are designed to provide integrated services with partnering agencies. We identify and assess individual and family needs to ensure complete access to the full continuum of care systems.
